To become a member and use this website (www.nairswedding.in), you must be above 18 years and above for Females and 21 and above for males. Nairswedding.in website is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time nairswedding.in is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, nairswedding.in reserves the right to terminate your account / membership without any refund of your subscription / package fee.
You may delete / terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by login to your account and use the "Delete" functionality. In the event of termination of your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees / package purchased. Once deleted, all your information will not be completely removed from our website. Nairswedding.in terminates your membership account only if you have violated the Agreement, which accounts you of not being entitled to any refund.
You understand and agree that Nairswedding.in may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of Nairswedding.in violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Nairswedding.in or its Members. You also agree that you do not violate any copyright policy law applicable in India when you add profile details & photos. If you have any issues / complaints with copyright violation please inform by email (marry@nairswedding.com) with relevant information.
